3.2. For paid access, the User accepts the Offer by a separate affirmative action. The agreement is concluded after the Payment Partner confirms successful payment and access is activated.
3.3. Acceptance of the Offer does not itself enable Automatic Renewal. Automatic Renewal is enabled only by a separate affirmative action by the User next to information about the amount and frequency of charges.

4.2. The Free Plan is provided without charge or time limit within its published features and limits.

4.4. Each Promo Code may be activated once per Steam account. The Plan and duration of free access are determined by the specific Promo Code’s terms and shown to the User on activation. No payment method is required, no charges are made, Automatic Renewal is not enabled and no paid subscription arises automatically. If the same Plan is already active on the account, its access period is extended by the Promo Code’s duration.
4.5. Paid access is activated after successful payment is confirmed. The start and end date and time are displayed in the Account Dashboard. If access is not activated within a reasonable time after confirmed payment, the User may contact the Service Provider to request activation or a refund.
5. Payment and payment receipt
5.1. Payments are made by cashless means through the Robokassa payment service on the Payment Partner’s secure page. The payment obligation is fulfilled when the Service Provider receives server confirmation of successful payment.
5.2. The Service Provider does not receive or store the full bank card number, expiry date or security code. This information is processed by the Payment Partner in its secure system.
5.3. Online payments generate an electronic payment receipt using an online cash register and a fiscal data operator. The receipt is sent to the email address provided by the User in the payment form before payment. The User is responsible for the accuracy of this contact information.
5.4. A separate payment receipt is generated for each initial and recurring payment. A refund receipt required by law is generated when funds are refunded.
6. Automatic renewal
- 6.1. Automatic Renewal is off by default. If the option is available in the payment form, it is enabled only after separate explicit confirmation by the User next to information about the amount, frequency and date of the first future charge.
- 6.2. At the end of the paid period, the Payment Partner charges the price of the next period of the same Plan and duration. The date and amount of the next charge are displayed in the Account Dashboard.
- 6.3. If the price increases, the new amount is communicated to the User in advance and requires a new affirmative confirmation before the next charge. No charge at the increased price is made without that confirmation.
- 6.4. The User may disable Automatic Renewal in the Subscription section of the Account Dashboard at any time before the next charge. Access remains available until the end of the already paid period.
- 6.5. In the same section, the User may electronically refuse further use of previously provided bank account details or electronic payment instrument data. Once the refusal is received, those details are not used for recurring payments and no further charge attempts are made.
- 6.6. Disabling Automatic Renewal and refusing use of payment details are separate actions; both are available to the User.
- 6.7. Trial and Promo Code access never become a paid subscription automatically. The User arranges a paid subscription and Automatic Renewal separately.
7. Rights and obligations of the parties
7.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide access in accordance with the selected Plan, publish accurate information about features, limits, price and duration, receive User requests and comply with the laws of the Russian Federation.
7.2. The Service Provider may perform maintenance, update the Service, prevent abuse and suspend access for material violations of the Terms of Use. These measures do not remove mandatory consumer rights to a proportionate price reduction, correction of defects, cancellation or a refund where those rights arise under law.
7.3. The User undertakes to comply with the law and the Terms of Use, not to share technical tokens or other access credentials with third parties, interfere with the Service, bypass limits or use the Service to violate the rights of others.
7.4. The User ensures the lawfulness of connecting game servers, accounts and integrations and promptly informs the Service Provider of payment or access errors they discover.
8. Quality, availability and external services
8.1. The Service Provider maintains the operation of the Service and corrects confirmed defects within a reasonable time, taking account of their nature and technical complexity.
8.2. Some features depend on Rust+, Steam, Telegram, Discord, BattleMetrics, payment infrastructure, communications networks and other independent services. Their temporary unavailability is considered when handling a request but does not restrict the User’s statutory rights.
8.3. Where possible, the Service Provider gives notice on the Website or in the Account Dashboard of planned maintenance that may substantially affect access. Substantial unavailability of paid features for reasons attributable to the Service Provider gives rise to claims provided for by consumer protection law.
9. Cancellation and refunds
9.1. The User may cancel the services agreement at any time by sending a request by email to info@rustplusplus.app, through an available support channel in the Account Dashboard or in writing to the Service Provider’s address: Apartment 340, Building 3, 4A Kuusinena Street, Moscow, 123308, Russia.
9.2. If the User cancels, the unused part of the paid period is refunded in proportion to the remaining full hours of access, less the Service Provider’s documented actual expenses directly related to performing this specific agreement. The Service Provider substantiates the nature and amount of expenses withheld. No cancellation penalty is charged.
9.3. If the service is not provided, is defective or is provided late, the User may make claims under Articles 28, 29 and 31 of the Russian Federation Law on Consumer Rights Protection, including correction of defects, a proportionate price reduction, reimbursement of expenses or cancellation in the cases provided for by law.
9.4. A refund request is considered and fulfilled within 10 calendar days of receipt of information sufficient to identify the payment and fulfill the claim, unless a shorter period is required by law. Funds are returned using the original payment method unless the parties agree on another lawful method.
9.5. Disabling Automatic Renewal stops only future charges and does not itself constitute a refund request for the current paid period.
10. Personal data and payment security
10.1. Information processing when using the Service is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy and the document Cookies and Browser Data, and, when making a payment, also by the Consent to Personal Data Processing for Payment.
10.2. The Service does not request passport details or full bank card details to create an account. It processes the online identifiers, technical data and game data listed in the Policy for its operation.
10.3. The User provides contact information for the payment receipt separately at checkout. Payment details are processed by the Payment Partner; the Service Provider receives the transaction identifier, amount and status to the extent necessary to activate access, keep records, process refunds and prevent abuse.
11. Intellectual property rights
11.1. Exclusive rights to the software code, interface, design and original Rust++ materials belong to their lawful rights holders. For the access period, the User receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the available features for their intended purpose.
11.2. The names Rust, Rust+, Steam, Telegram, Discord, BattleMetrics and other third-party marks belong to their respective rights holders and are used solely to identify compatibility or integration.
12. Liability
12.1. The parties are liable under the laws of the Russian Federation. No provision of the Offer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12.2. The Service Provider is not liable for consequences of the User sharing access credentials with third parties, unlawfully connecting resources belonging to others, the User’s own actions or failures of an independent service to the extent that the Service Provider could not reasonably prevent those consequences. This provision does not apply where the Service Provider is at fault and does not restrict consumer rights.
12.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of information they provide for payment, refunds and handling requests, and for the lawfulness of their actions in the Service.
13. Force majeure
13.1. A party is released from liability for non-performance if it proves that proper performance became impossible due to extraordinary and unavoidable force majeure circumstances under the given conditions.
13.2. A party notifies the other party of such circumstances within a reasonable time after becoming aware of them. Lack of funds, ordinary technical failures or a counterparty’s breach do not in themselves constitute force majeure.
13.3. Force majeure does not deprive the User of the right to cancel further performance of the agreement and receive the refund due under law for the part of the service not provided.
14. Term and amendments to the Offer
14.1. The Offer takes effect upon publication on the Website and remains valid until a new edition is published or it is withdrawn. The agreement remains effective for the selected period and, where Automatic Renewal has been separately enabled, until it is disabled or the agreement is terminated.
14.2. Each purchase is governed by the edition of the Offer accepted by the User before payment. The Service Provider records the accepted edition, the version of the payment data processing consent, selected Plan, price, period and Automatic Renewal choice.
14.3. A new edition applies to future purchases and renewals after it has been communicated to the User. The terms of an already paid period are not made less favorable retroactively. A change requiring new consent by law or changing the recurring payment price applies only after a new affirmative confirmation by the User.
15. Requests and dispute resolution
15.1. Requests may be sent through the Account Dashboard, by email to info@rustplusplus.app or in writing to the Service Provider’s address: Apartment 340, Building 3, 4A Kuusinena Street, Moscow, 123308, Russia. Contact phone number: +7 915 298-01-09. Requests are considered within the periods established by law.
15.2. The parties seek to resolve disagreements through negotiation and consideration of requests. This does not restrict a consumer’s right to apply to a court or public authority without first making a claim, unless a mandatory pre-trial procedure is expressly required by law for the particular claim.
15.3. In accordance with Article 17 of the Russian Federation Law on Consumer Rights Protection, a consumer may bring a claim, at their choice, before a court at the Service Provider’s location, their own place of residence or stay, or the place where the agreement was concluded or performed.
15.4. The Offer and the agreement are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The language of the Offer and communication between the parties is Russian.
