Rust++ Terms of Use
Rules for accounts, integrations and available features.
Edition No. 3 dated 2 September 2026
1. Parties and acceptance
Rust++ is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Vadimovich Khovansky. The User accepts these rules when signing in, connecting an integration, purchasing a subscription or continuing to use the service after reading this document.
2. Service features
Rust++ provides software features for connecting a game account and Rust servers, searching for and monitoring players, managing devices, configuring notifications and using other features available in the interface. Features and limits depend on the selected plan.
3. Account and connections
Users must keep their access credentials secure and must not share their account with unauthorized persons. By connecting Steam, a Rust server, Telegram, Discord or another integration, the User confirms their authority to manage the relevant account or resource.
4. Permitted use
The following are prohibited:
- violating the law or third-party rights;
- bypassing restrictions and security mechanisms;
- gaining unauthorized access to other people’s accounts or servers;
- creating excessive automated load;
- using the service for stalking, threats, malicious activity or unlawful collection of information about others;
- transferring other people’s keys and tokens without lawful grounds.
5. Third-party services
Some features depend on Steam, Facepunch/Rust+, Telegram, Discord, BattleMetrics, the payment partner and other independent services. The Operator does not control them and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, but takes reasonable measures to maintain Rust++.
Rust++ is an independent service and does not represent Valve Corporation, Facepunch Studios or the owners of other products mentioned.
6. Availability and changes
Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, to address security threats or to comply with legal requirements. The Operator may develop the interface and features. Changes do not reduce an already paid access period or mandatory consumer rights.
7. Access restrictions
The Operator may temporarily restrict access for rule violations, security threats or resource abuse. Users may stop using the service, disconnect integrations and request deletion of their data.
8. Liability
The parties are liable under the laws of the Russian Federation. These rules do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. The Operator is not liable for failures of independent external services or the User’s actions to the extent permitted by law.
9. Personal data and payment
Information processing is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy, technical storage by Cookies and Browser Data, and paid access by the Public Offer.
10. Requests and disputes
Requests may be submitted through the account dashboard or in writing to: Apartment 340, Building 3, 4A Kuusinena Street, Moscow, 123308, Russia. Disputes are resolved under the laws of the Russian Federation. These rules do not restrict the consumer’s statutory right to choose territorial jurisdiction.
