Consent to Personal Data Processing for Payment

Data and recipients needed for payment and the payment receipt.

Edition No. 1 dated 2 September 2026

This consent covers the data needed to process a payment and issue a payment receipt. It does not include automatic renewal: recurring charges require separate active confirmation.

1. Operator and method of consent

By selecting a separate checkbox in the payment form, the data subject freely, voluntarily and in their own interest gives specific, purpose-bound, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the Operator — Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Vadimovich Khovansky, TIN 771470073877, OGRNIP 324774600390782, address: Apartment 340, Building 3, 4A Kuusinena Street, Moscow, 123308, Russia.

2. Data covered

  • Steam ID and Rust++ user session identifier;
  • the email address provided for delivery of the payment receipt;
  • plan, access period, price, discount and selected automatic-renewal option;
  • order number, transaction identifiers and transaction status at Robokassa;
  • payment method information to the extent returned by the payment service;
  • IP address, user agent, date, time and version of the consent given.

The full card number, expiry date and security code are entered on the payment service’s secure page. Rust++ does not receive or store them.

3. Purposes and processing operations

Data is processed to create and fulfill the order, accept and confirm payment, issue a payment receipt, activate access, process refunds, handle requests and disputes, prevent fraud and fulfill the requirements of Russian law.

Processing may include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer, provision, access, blocking, deletion and destruction, using automated means or otherwise.

4. Recipients

To the extent necessary, data may be transferred to the Robokassa payment service, participating banks and payment institutions, the fiscal data operator and public authorities where required by law. Each recipient processes information within its role and applicable requirements.

5. Duration and withdrawal

Consent takes effect when confirmed and remains valid until the processing purposes are fulfilled or it is withdrawn. After withdrawal, payment and fiscal information may be retained for the mandatory period established by law.

A notice of withdrawal may be sent to info@rustplusplus.app or in writing to: Apartment 340, Building 3, 4A Kuusinena Street, Moscow, 123308, Russia. Include the Steam ID, order number or other information that identifies the payment. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before it was received and may prevent a new payment.

Further information about data processing is provided in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
